Captain Rick Kelley is a light tackle, shallow water/back bay charter captain fishing the spectacular Charlotte Harbor Aquatic Preserve, the Peace River, Myakka River and upper Pine Island Sound.

Capt. Rick has a US Coast Guard Licensed 100 Ton Masters License; is Licensed with the State of Florida "Fish & Wildlife Commission" as a Fishing Guide; carries Professional Guide insurance and is enrolled with The Maritime Consortium.

Fishing this South West Florida estuary is a year round event. Each season offers new opportunities and species including Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Cobia, Trout, Flounder Snapper and Shark.

Catching and using live bait in a saltwater tidal environment requires extensive local knowledge, skill and the right equipment. Captain Rick uses his own brand of chum, Ultra Spreader Castnets, and custom made graphite rods with matching open face reels.
